One of the several weight loss products/programs from BeachBody is 10 Minute Trainer. This is stated to be a weight reduction kit for the busiest people. Tony Horton, a well-known fitness guru with over 20 years of experience, is the instructor for this DVD-based system. As posted on the official website, if you have 10 minutes to spare, you can get results. After all, the core focus of this program is to assist men and women with shedding unwanted weight in a small amount of time each day.

If you are one of those people who feel like they have no time to work out and get in shape, this product is geared toward you specifically. The overall purpose of 10 Minute Trainer is to aid people with dropping fat, but without forcing them to endure long workouts. With the 10 Minute Trainer, Tony Horton claims that you can see real results and get the body you desire by putting in a little effort when it is possible each day. This can be at work or home. The 10 Minute Trainer program uses something called a Super Stacking Technique, which combines various workouts at once, both strength training and cardio. This is supposed to result in a full body workout in less time.

Overall, the 10 Minute Trainer system is like many workout programs available these days. While it does appear to offer good workout materials, many dieters do not want to deal with so many different DVDs, booklets, resistance bands, belts, and guides. So even though the 10 Minute Trainer program comes with a money-back guarantee, many men and women are likely to prefer a more simplified approach, such as a supplement formula. It just depends on what you are looking for and willing to do to lose weight.

I have a gym membership with my 16 & 13 yr old daughters and never seem to get there. I saw the 10 min trainer on TV and thought it might just work for us. We have tied so many things to lose and I really need to find that one thing that will work. Do you think my girls could handle the workout?

I currently use the 10 minute trainer daily, i use all 5 of the trainings. at this point how many calories should i be consuming at 220 Lbs

You should calculate your weight 220 x 10 = 2,200 (total daily calorie intake). You should never really go above 2,000 calaries unless you are doing some serious weight lifting and cardio. As you drop weight you will continue to drop your daily calorie intake. Use the calculation above. And don’t go below 1,200 calories a day. Tons of protein should be included.

I ordered the 10 minute trainer around a year ago. i didn’t follow the eating plan because of the fact i was 17 and my parents weren’t willing to buy the food cause they thought the price was overrated. but i did do the excercize part for about a week and i lost a good total of about 10 lbs. i moved shortly after, and i lost half of the supplies and i never had the money at the time to replace it. it was something i wish i could’ve stayed with, but failed to do. the program is around $80-$100 when your done ordering not including shipping, which is $5-$15 depending on where you live at. it was a well worthy investment for me, and i am greatly considering spending the money to buy it again.

it is well worth the buy and its actually has an eating plan that id be willing to follow.
