4Life Rezoom Review
What You Should Know
When companies produce a long list of weight loss supplements, it tells us one thing; the company has yet to formulate a supplement that truly works. The 4Life company lists more than five supplements that are supposed to increase weight loss and help the dieter achieve goals. If one works, the other four are useless. The 4Life Rezoom claims to boost weight loss and spark energy. The ingredient list is found online making it easy for dieters to research each ingredient for safety and efficacy.
List of Ingredients
Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Zinc, Selenium, Chromium, Chloride, Sodium, Potassium.
Yerba Mate Leaf, Aloe Vera.
Bio Essential Proprietary Blend: Yerba Mate Extract, Astragalus Extract, English Hawthorn Extract, Sarsaparilla Extract, Siberian Ginseng Extract, Yarrow Extract, Echinacea Purpurea Extract, Licorice Extract, Chaparral Extract, Stillingia Extract, Korean Ginseng Extract, Peppermint extract, Lime Extract, Lemon Balm Extract and Boron.
The ingredient list for 4Life Rezoom is a bit interesting. There are common vitamins like vitamin C and b vitamins, and then there are extracts of peppermint, lime and lemon. None of these ingredients will strongly support weight loss or improved health, but we did find two ingredients commonly used in weight loss and colon cleansing supplements.
Yerba mate is a stimulant. This stimulant increases heart rate and blood pressure, but unlike caffeine, it will not cause metabolism to increase. Caffeine works thermogenically to increase weight loss. That is not the case with every stimulant.
Aloe vera is not a weight loss ingredient at all. It is a stomach soothing ingredient that causes a laxative effect. Laxatives should never be used as weight loss supplements. Laxatives increase water loss, potassium loss and cause electrolyte imbalance with long term use. There are no thermogenic side effects of aloe vera.
None of the other ingredients have any effect on metabolism, though licorice root should never be used with an ingredient that has diuretic effects. Laxatives have diuretic effects, so this supplement could cause harmful side effects, including death in some cases.
- Ingredients are simple to find online.
- All 4Life supplements are cheaper than other brands.
- No proven weight loss ingredients.
- No stimulants with clinical backing for use in weight loss.
- Aloe vera is a laxative.
With thousands of weight loss supplements on the market, there is no need to take a chance on a laxative/stimulant with no proven ingredients. We suggest looking into supplements with proven ingredients like caffeine and green tea. Dieters should choose safe supplements with no potential negative side effects. The price for a proven supplement is likely going to be higher than one that contains just any ingredients.
