I have been taking alli for 2 days and i have suffered from the worst headaches you could imagine, i have experienced nose bleeds also. needless to say i have discontinued the use of this product…so i never got to experience whether it really worked or not! for me it was just a waste of money.

I think that Alli has been a good thing-I am more concious of my eating than I was before. However, since taking it, I have had my menstral cycle 16 days straight with massive fibroids exiting the sceen. I am not sure if Alli has something to do with this or not, but I really want to keep taking the pills-just tired of the period.
