Anadraulic Pump is a nitric oxide boosting bodybuilding supplement produced by LG Sciences. According to the claims made by LG Sciences, no other NO supplement understands how to effectively boost NO. Instead of working as claimed, these “other” supplements pack the ingredient list with creatine which causes muscles to swell leading the user to believe the supplement is boosting NO. It is true that creatine has this effect on muscles and that most NO supplements include creatine, but does that mean this ingredient list is far more advanced than all the “others”? The supplement sells for $29.99.

List of Ingredients

L-Taurine, L-Alanine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Arginine HCL, L-Arginine AKG, L-Arginine Orotate, Quercetin, Geranium Oil Extract.

Product Features

L-Taurine is used in Anadraulic Pump to increase fat burn and energy while detoxing the body. L-Taurine does aid the body in fat metabolization, but there is no clinical research proving more L-Taurine increases these effects. Most people receive more than enough L-Taurine from natural sources like meat, milk and eggs.

L-Alanine is another nonessential amino acid readily available in foods like brown rice, fish, meat and whey. There is no link between taking in more L-Alanine and boosting NO levels in the body though there is a link between taking high doses of L-Alanine and increased blood pressure and body mass index.

L-Aspartic Acid is metabolized in the body naturally. Food sources are limited to avocado, sausage, wild game meat and sugar beets, among a few others. LG Sciences claims increased energy as a benefit of L-Aspartic Acid. While the amino acid does play a part in gluconeogenesis which is an endergonic process in the body. Basically it helps control blood sugar levels in a way that requires lots of energy.

L-Arginine HCL, L-Arginine AKG, L-Arginine Orotate are the three Arginines in Anadraulic Pump. Many bodybuilders use Arginine as an NO booster. LG Sciences says those products use Arginine that is broken down by Arginase in the liver. The addition of Quercetin is supposed to stop this breakdown from happening and thus boost NO production. Looking into Quercetin we find it works as an anti-inflammatory and antihistamine, but not as an Arginase inhibitor.

Geranium Oil Extract is the final ingredient in Anadraulic Pump. This ingredient is commonly used as a party drug to increase energy in several countries. It is in the methylhexanamine family. Several athletes have been cited for use of methylhexanamine in amateur and professional sports and a stimulant.

Advantages

  • None over other NO supplements.

Disadvantages

  • Anadraulic Pump does not offer some perfect formula.

Conclusion

Arginine is the NO booster of choice for most bodybuilding supplements. LG Sciences claims this formula will provide a bigger NO boost without the creatine to swell up muscles. Unfortunately, the only boost bodybuilders will get is from the stimulant not the nitric oxide.
