Apoleia is a fat burning supplement that used to have an official website, but the website is no longer active. We were able to access information on the supplement, including a complete ingredient list. The company may be out of business and that could mean the supplements being sold online are outdated or lack company support. Most of the ingredients in Apoleia are stimulants. If a dieter is sensitive to caffeine and other stimulants, it is best to skip products like Apoleia for safer alternatives with fewer stimulant ingredients. Stimulants can cause negative side effects that feel like a heart attack.

Product Features

Yerba mate, guarana, green tea, kola nut, cocoa nut and black tea are all stimulants. There is no direct caffeine listed on the ingredient label, but that doesn’t mean some or all of these ingredients are not standardized for caffeine. We did not find a total amount of caffeine for this product, but that could be because the official website is no longer active.

Caffeine is an important part of weight loss, as it is proven to boost metabolism, but dieters need to know how much caffeine is in a supplement before they take it. Too much caffeine can cause jitters, shakes, nervousness, anxiety, anger and other negative side effects. While none of the ingredients in Apoleia are as strong as straight caffeine, all are commonly standardized for caffeine so the combination of ingredients in the supplement could be stronger than caffeine.

Damiana is commonly used to boost libido and has no proven impact on weight loss. Maca root is also associated with hormone balance and libido. Piper nigrum is nothing more than black pepper. This ingredient is often included in supplements to boost absorption of other ingredients. There is some evidence that black pepper extract may increase thermogenesis or body temperature.

  • All ingredients are listed online.

  • The official website is no longer active.
  • The formula is stacked with stimulants.
  • The amount of caffeine in the formula is not listed.
  • Could cause negative side effects for some dieters.

If you are looking for an energy supplement, Apoleia may be the perfect supplement for you. This supplement will not, however, help the dieter lose weight and control appetite. Taking a large amount of stimulants may lead to increased hunger as the heart races faster and faster.
