Before, During & After Review
What You Should Know
Keeping all of the weight loss books and strategies straight is no easy task. Now we are going to take a good look at one text entitled, Before, During & After. This is a book that was written by one Blake Sylvia. He apparently struggled with his weight for many years, and then came up with a new strategy for weight reduction and management. Over a seven-month period, Sylvia dropped a whopping 70 pounds of excess body weight. However, he also claims that he enjoyed food more than ever before while on this weight loss plan.
As opposed to some approaches to weight loss, Before, During & After is supposed to literally work for everyone; at least according to the official website. While this book is not a diet manual, it is a solution to weight management. Moreover, it is stated to be much less expensive than most other approaches. There are no dietary supplements involved with the Before, During & After program, and no bizarre or unique foods are incorporated. Most people on this plan shed one or two pounds each week.
List of Ingredients
The Before, During & After weight loss plan is one that is based on portion control. This approach is quoted as being a solution for virtually anyone that needs to drop excess body fat. Although exercise is not mandatory, it is stated that results will be achieved quicker with exercise. The official website makes it clear that everyone should consult a licensed doctor before starting any new weight loss program. There is a helpful FAQ section presented, and some testimonials are provided to read. The cost of the Before, During & After text is $29.95, but an e-book option is available as well.
- There are no prescriptions needed for the Before, During & After plan.
- This is a weight management program for virtually anyone.
- Special foods are not required with this plan.
- There is not much detail regarding what is really involved with the Before, During & After plan.
- There does not appear to be a money-back guarantee with this text.
- Some men and women may prefer a more convenient supplement formula.
- The official website does not come across as very professional.
It is certainly nice to see that Blake Sylvia, the author of this book, lost so much weight with this approach. However, the Before, During & After book does not really sound like anything new or innovative to the weight loss market. The concept of portion control has been around for some time, and did not begin with this text. As it states on the official website, you should consult your doctor before trying a weight reduction method like this one. There might be a different approach out there more suitable to your needs.
