This DVD is hosted by Bob Harper and introduces what promises to be a killer workout for people who are eager to get in shape. It is designed to dramatically improve your body in just six weeks, and provides three different levels of intensity so even those who are just starting out can get great benefit. As you get more comfortable with the program, you can advance in intensity to really rock it out. The workout will burn fat and boost metabolism, guaranteed. You start with a half hour workout, plus a warm up period and a cool down period, but the whole DVD features 55 minutes worth of material to work through. The muscle toning sections of the DVD require you to purchase two 10 pound weights. Though not required, a resistance band and medicine ball are recommended to help you get even more from the workout routine. Former contestants also star with Bob on this DVD to help motivate you. Weeks one and two are for Boot Camp 1. During weeks 3 and 4, you do both Boot Camp 1 and Boot Camp 2. For weeks 5 and 6, you do all three boot camps, plus the warmup and cool down.

The only real drawback to this program is the lack of nutritional advice, because even though you are vigorously working out, you don’t have a license to eat whatever you want.
