Biggest Loser Wii Game Review
What You Should Know
The Biggest Lose Wii Game allows two contestants to compete against each other or one contestant to compete against previous contestants on the Biggest Loser to promote weight loss through competition. The game is compatible with Wii and the Wii Balance Board. There are 88 total exercises, 66 of which work with the balance board. If the dieter does not own a Wii system or Wii Balance Board, they will need to purchase the video game system to plan the Biggest Loser Wii Game. This is a huge expense.
In addition to competition, the Biggest Loser Wii Game allows the dieter to track progress and access recipes from the Biggest Loser cookbook.
List of Ingredients
Wii Video Game.
The Biggest Loser Wii Game includes three courses of weight loss, 4-week, 8-week and 12-week. Dieters can compete against a friend or past contestants to win the title of the Biggest Loser. Training and weekly challenges create the feeling of being on the Biggest Loser ranch. Most Wii fitness games require the Wii Balance Board for weighing in, but we assume this one has an option to enter current weight as the game is compatible with the balance board but does not require the balance board.
Contestants choose from Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels as a trainer. This selection can be changed during game play if desired. The four parts of the game include a fitness program, health and lifestyle tool, exercise routines and challenge events. The challenge events use the exercises learned along the way to promote healthy movement and competition.
Many of the aspects of the Biggest Loser Wii Game are identical to the familiar aspects of the Biggest Loser television show. From the start, players are encouraged to choose team colors and participate as a previous contestant on the Biggest Loser. Weigh-ins follow the same format as the television show complete with animated scale and character.
The Biggest Loser Wii Game sells for $20.30 from Amazon.com. This price does not include the Wii Balance Board.
- Competition may increase desire to lose weight and stick with the plan.

For people who love the Biggest Loser television show the Biggest Loser Will Game is the perfect weight loss companion. The game receives many positive reviews, but there are drawbacks, as is the case with all video games. Trainers are repetitive and contestants (include you) can be voted off the ranch. There is no mention of what the dieter is supposed to do if they are voted off.
