Boda Extract No. 3 is an all natural weight loss product. It is generally recognized as safe by the FDA, and claims to not only help you lose weight but will also help you build more lean muscle mass. This review will take a closer look at the product and its claims to determine if there is any truth or value to them for customers or dieters who are looking to shed a few pounds.

List Of Ingredients

Boda Extract No. 3 contains conjugated linoleic acid made from the linoleic acid in Safflowers. These acids are essential fatty acids, or the good kinds of fat our body needs.

Product Features

Boda Extract No. 3 works on four different parts of our bodies: Adipocytes, Triglycirides, Apoptosis, and CPT. Adipocytes are fat cells in the body. The Extract No. 3 will reduce the number and size of the cells in the body, thereby lowering the body fat mass. Tryglicerides are fats that come from our foods. When they enter the body, the LDL enzyme transports them to the adipocytes where they are stored. Apoptosis is a process in the body also known as cell suicide where the cells destroy themselves. The product works to accelerate the process and kill more fat cells in the body. CPT is an enzyme that moves fat cells to the mitochondria where they are used to for energy. The extract works to keep the CPT process going more often so more fat is used for energy. It is suggested to take three capsules per day with food.

Advantages

  • The product is all natural and generally recognized as safe by the FDA.

Disadvantages

  • The product is expensive at $47 for a one month supply.
  • The product claims to work without diet and exercise, though it does say it works better with a sensible diet and regular workouts.
  • There are no fat burners or appetite suppressants in this formula.
  • It is recommended to remain on the supplement for 12 weeks, so you’d need three months worth.

Conclusion

This diet product certainly takes a different approach when compared to many others on the market today. Since we don’t know anything about how they derive the acids from the safflower, we cannot say whether or not the main ingredients are pure. We were pleased with how the company was honest enough to say that while it works without changes to diet and activity levels, it works better with them. We’re not telling you to avoid this product, but we recommend finding and using one that contains proven ingredients.
