The website features a clinical study conducted over four months. The website also features a calorie counter and an activity tracker. It tracks your heart rate, and several other statistics, which you can then upload into the tracker to monitor your progress. There are even apps for Android based phones, and the iPhone so you can track everything on-the-go.     I HAVE BEEN USING BODY MEDIA FOR ONE MONTH. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING ALL MY LIFE WITH WEIGHT. THIS IS THE FIRST THING I HAVE FOUND THAT MAKES ME PAY ATTENTION. I LOVE IT. I THINK YOUR REVIEW IS WRONG. THE ONLY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF, IS TO EAT RIGHT AND EXERCISE. BODY MEDIA MAKES YOU LOOK AT WHERE YOUR ISSUES MAY BE.

    I have used the body media software and arm band for several years. If you wear it 24 hours a day and faithfully log what you eat, you will be able to adjust your diet and exercise to get the results you want. The only down side is after wearing the armband for a number of months, I have what looks like an indentation on my left bicep or maybe it is just a lighter skin tone from wearing the band. I do not like this because I compete in figure competitions and it is noticeable even with the fake tan I have to put on.
