Before heading into the gym, bodybuilders and athletes often consume a pre-workout shake. This shake delivers everything the muscle needs to grow and recovery faster. In some cases, pre-workout shakes support healthy energy levels so the athlete can workout longer, stronger and harder. Force Factor Body Rush claims to boost workouts be providing mental focus and extra energy. There is no creatine or protein in the supplement, just stimulants and vasodilators to open blood vessels to facilitate optimal performance.

The official website for Force Factor lists Body Rush with a complete description and ingredient list. Athletes can order a sample of the product online or choose to order a full supply from the manufacturer. Body Rush contains ingredients the dieter does not need to lose weight.

Product Features

Focus Enhancer contains ingredients to focus mental and physical energy. There is caffeine, green tea and guarana in this portion of the supplement. These three ingredients are stimulants, but caffeine and green tea are proven metabolism boosters, so we are okay with those. Guarana, on the other hand, is like a third wheel that lacks clinical backing.

The Energy Rush portion of Body Rush contains no stimulants, which we found interesting. The included ingredients are thought to work on a cellular level to increase energy.

The Strength Blend is all about branched chain amino acids. These are often included in protein shakes so the athlete may be taking double the needed amount of BCAAs.

Nitric Oxide Booster supplies arginine to open blood vessels and increase heart rate. This pushes the other ingredients through the body faster.

Advantages

  • All ingredients for the formula are listed on the official website for Force Factor.
  • May improve strength and decrease recovery time.
  • A free trial of the supplement is available.
  • Caffeine and green tea are proven to increase metabolism.

Disadvantages

  • Despite containing proven ingredients, this is not a fat burning supplement.
  • Contains BCAAs, which may be added to other athletic supplements.

Conclusion

Body Rush by Force Factor is a good pre-workout shake. The ingredients will improve energy and may support muscle growth and workout intensity, but not for the average dieter. We don’t have any idea how much caffeine is in the formula and that’s too bad, because athletes need to know what they are taking and any potential side effects a supplement could cause.
