The Body Solid EXM 1500S is, as stated above, a home gym. With a 160 lb. weight stack centered in the gym, you simply change out the pin for how much weight you wish to lift on each separate exercise. The EXM 1500S has the following available exercises on the equipment itself:

A lat pull down bar/High Pulley Station, Ab Crunch/Mid Pulley Station, Leg Curl Station/ Leg Extension, Chest Press Station, and a Seated Row/Low Pulley Station. Each station works a different section of the body.
