My wife had been using hers for over a year and when I decided to try to lose some weight she gave it to me to use. You can go on the website and change the parameters to match your daughters (height weight etc). Then it will be correct for her.

I went to 24 hr fitness to buy my wife thr bodybugg for her b-day, but they will not refund the money if it’s not something she wants. No refund no sale.

I purchased the V3 Bodybugg in September. A week later they came out with the bodybugg sp version. I returned the V3 – I told them I preferred the sp version. I got a full refund…. So, yes they will allow a return if your wife doesn’t like it. – as long as she has not opened the box…

I have had my bodybugg for 50 weeks. I have followed the program day by day, monthby month and am down 70 pounds! IT WAS THE BEST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO ME! I went from wearing a size 16 to a 2! REALLY? A SIZE 2! I can’t believe it. I LOVE bodybugg, the program, the armband, the display and the ease of getting started AND staying on track. I wear my bugg all the time and only charge in when showering. That’s all it needs. I love how interactive it is and as long as you are honest with your food logging, you will do GREAT! Good luck!

How much time went into being on the computer? Do you wear the armband while sleeping?

Bodybugg is a total waste of time and money. I’ve had mine for 5 weeks and am going to return it. The armband strap broke after three weeks (very cheap – velcro is glued on to strap), the armband didn’t record any activity during an hour-long workout (that I do on a daily basis). The watch wouldn’t stay synced with the bodybugg, or would show wildly inaccurate numbers (51,000 steps in an hour? Olympics here I come!). It’s a wonderful idea but very poorly executed and support is almost non-existant.

I have had mine for a week bought if or my birthday and I love it. I have lost 4lbs and it really lets me know if I need to do more activity or if I need to eat more or less. The program on line gives you a set amount of calories to burn or consume depending on what you what to loose and how active you are. I think the program is worth the money because It gives you more than just your result and keeping track of everything. Its no different than paying for music membership every month. I think the bodybugg is worth it.
