The site also has a vast supply of different products that many body builders and fitness gurus use themselves and they distribute these products from three warehouses and one retail store from around the country. Advantages
Disadvantages
Conclusion
Bodybuilders.com is a great place to go to find information, inspiration and motivation. There are so many different articles, supplements, and videos to choose from, you could navigate for hours. Be aware of your own body and proceed with caution when ordering the supplements. Every weightlifter and fitness competitor has their choice and sometimes these things are endorsed because they’re paid to endorse them…that doesn’t make them good quality. Many supplements can provide way too much sugar for what you are trying to accomplish or have ingredients that your body is sensitive to. Always do extra research when purchasing on line without being able to try it first. While a website is a good resource it doesn’t replace traditional trainers in the areas of proper form and when to know you’ve done too much. Sometimes we need a guiding hand when learning how to lift properly. We also need to pay attention to the credentials of who we are reading. Some people have years of experience, but maybe they are not fueling their body properly. What works for them may not work for you, so be open to trying more than one thing for success. There are enough articles to keep you going for a very long time!!!
