Booty Boot Camp Review
What You Should Know
Booty Boot Camp is the creation of Kenya Moore. Moore is a television and movie actress who recently released her first single. The workout addresses problem areas women commonly fight with – stomach, gluts and lower body. Kenya Moore is not a fitness expert, she just happens to be a celebrity and former beauty queen that thinks she can teach others how to achieve the body she has. While Booty Boot Camp may help followers tone large muscle groups, it will not help promote weight loss if the follower doesn’t make lifestyle changes. Losing weight and toning require regular aerobic exercise and dietary changes to reduce caloric intake. These changes are not mentioned in the Booty Boot Camp description.
List of Ingredients
- Workout DVD focused on toning the lower body and lifting your bottom.
Kenya Moore has earned her place on the celebrity stage as a beauty queen and actress, but it is her participation in the Real Housewives of Atlanta that made her a household name. Aside from spending days dieting and working out as the Miss USA contestant and, subsequently, Miss USA, Moore has no training in physical fitness. She majored in psychology in school.
We were able to find a video showing the signature move of the Booty Boot Camp, formerly known as the Stallion Workout. The music is completely boring and there is no talking for an uncomfortable amount of time during the exercise. Moore appears to actually be completing the workout, not training others in the video. The video was released on March 5th, 2013 and 32 reviews were written on the first six days it was on Amazon.com. The reviews are mixed with about half at five stars and half at one star. Moore supporters believe the one star reviews have been posted by supports of Moore’s nemesis on the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
- May work lower body muscles.
- Costs less than $13.
- The music is horrible.
- Moore does not train anyone in the workout.
Booty Boot Camp is not the best workout video we have reviewed – by a long shot. The video clip we found was plagued by horrible music and tons of empty, uncomfortable quiet space that should have been filled with advice, instruction or just something fun. The fact that Moore is not a professional trainer comes across in her uncomfortable presence on the screen. Her co-host, on the other hand, is full of energy and verve. If you have the chance you should rent this one before you buy.
