    im on day 1 and realli enjoyed my soup looking foward to a nice jacket pot tomoz!! mm lush! i doing this for my holiday in may so got a while yet but need to loose about 3 stone keep going girls its a hard one but it well worth it iv herd!!!

    I have tried the cabbage soup diet 2 times and everytime I was pleased, this is a great way to kick off any diet and it is delicious. Don’t get me wrong although I love the diet , eating cabbage soup everyday for 7 days can get a little boring but adding beef, chicken, fruits and veggies as recommended makes it alot easier. This diet works as long as you continue to eat healthy and exercise after ending the cabbage soup diet you will continue to lose the weight.

    I love this comments section. The article essentially lays out the facts that the cabbage soup diet is largely NOT recommended, and not the healthiest way to lose weight. And 90% of the comments are “What is the recipe?” as though the commenters have no reading comprehension skills nor the ability to do a simple Internet search. Oh, I’m sure they’ve all gone on to healthy eating habits after posting here!

    i’m on my 3rd day of the cabbage soup diet. yes it’s hard but the soup (homemade) is actually quite nice…. i’m confused as to how anyone would get food poisoning from a vegetable soup?????

    I too am on my 3rd day of this diet. I have lost 4lbs and I made it myself. why in the world would you NOT make it yourself? its not expensive and I believe it tastes great! I add a seasoning to every bowl so that its not the SAME taste every time =] this diet really does work. The ONLY thing ive encountered is that my sugar was low, so I had a bowl of special K cereal to get my sugar back and still keep losing the weight. I highly recommend this diet. its veggies so its healthy, there are no pills or shady ingredients being added! (unless of course you order it and dont make it yourself you really have no idea whats in it) just a thought… try making it next time and im sure you’ll love the results.
