CarboH is a complete diet plan. Similar in nature to a Nutrislim type diet, where you receive everything necessary for weight loss. The website offers an email page for contact purposes. It is also fraught with “happy letters” or customer testimonials, weight loss articles and nutrition quizzes.

Ingredients

There are no specific ingredients listed here, but there is a sample menu. The sample menu lists the day’s intake as such: Breakfast: a muffin and coffee (any variety, small in size), or an egg and toast with jelly. A midmorning snack is up next (a banana) and lunch is a hamburger, veggie burger, hotdog or other sandwich with a limited amount of French fries or potato chips. The afternoon snack is listed as a serving of peanuts, followed by a dinner of baked fish with brown rice or potatoes, steamed veggies (carrots, green beans and spinach) and a free salad with diet dressing. But wait, that’s not it there’s even an evening snack of strawberries!

They use a special formula to create a special plan based on your height, weight, age, sex and activity level.

Anyone would be healthier than they are now with the advent of a restricted diet and a little exercise. Save your $16 and resolve to turn on your favorite radio station and shake your bootie for a few minutes every day and order a smaller portion of mashed potatoes, French fries, or pastas and leave a few behind on your plate to cut back even more. There are more effective weight loss options on the market today.
