Cardio Breeze Review
What You Should Know
Cardio Breeze is a fat burner that’s been around for more than five years. We found information on the supplement dating from 2003. The official website appears to have been suspended – but we’re not sure if that means the company is out of business or not. We were able to find the supplement for sale on several other websites and the ingredient list is readily available. The product description claims the supplement can be taken throughout the day, but there is an unknown amount of caffeine in the formula, so we’re not sure taking it throughout the day is a great idea.
List of Ingredients
- Choline Dihydrogen Citrate
- Black Tea
- Green Tea
- Rhodiola Rosea
- Ginger Root Extract
Cardio Breeze appears more on bodybuilding forums than weight loss forums and that surprised us a bit. The name of the supplement just doesn’t fit into the bodybuilding community, but if the formula works the name really doesn’t matter.
The ingredients in Cardio Breeze are in a proprietary blend. That means AvoPharm, the company behind the supplement, is hiding the amounts for each ingredient. This doesn’t go over well with bodybuilders who take great care in knowing what supplements they are taking and how much of each ingredient is in the supplement.
There are four stimulant ingredients in Cardio Breeze – black tea, green tea, caffeine and theobromine. All supply a direct or indirect punch of caffeine. There is no appetite suppressant in the formula to counteract this increased metabolism and that could mean the dieter is running around with tons of energy feeling like they could eat a horse. You can’t increase metabolism and expect the body won’t response with hunger as its burning calories.

Cardio Breeze contains some good ingredients like black tea, green tea and caffeine – but for all that stimulation there is not much support in terms of curbing appetite. This supplement will likely increase your metabolism a bit, but there is also the chance of increasing hunger alongside that metabolism boost. A hunger increase will leave the dieter feeling like they need to eat more or overeating and that is the last thing the dieter needs to worry about when trying to reduce caloric intake to lose weight.
