The Dancers Body Workout is an exercise program that is presented on a DVD. It was developed by Patricia Moreno and is a dance routine that is considered an aerobic workout.     This is a beginners work out. It is taught slow. The problem …it is not a fat burner in any way. This is too slow. I would like to see a work out that teaches faster and you can repete the entire dance through at least for 1/2 hr to 4 different songs. Need some to move to the grove! I would like the most advanced teaching with at lease 1/2 hour of practicing at the end. Or just 45 min of full movement. Dance Exercise Rutiens. Can some one recommend a tape. I need motovation.
    I was a fitness teacher for 21 years. I need a great teacher and Video! I would be so thankful. Can any one write me.

    To get a good workout (if you are a beginner) I would recommend “Dance off the inches.” They are fun and last only 45 min. People also recommend the DVD “luscious” that shows bellydance. But if you want to read different descriptions and reviews I would recommend to go to amazon.com and look for the DVD that suits you best. Good luck :D
