Doctors Quick Weight Loss is a ketogenic diet that aims to force the body into fat burning through the elimination of carbohydrates from the body. While following the Doctors Quick Weight Loss, the dieter is allowed to eat from the approved foods list liberally. No foods that are not listed on the approved foods list are allowed while following the diet. The diet suggests users drink a minimum of eight 10 ounce glasses of water a day in order to flush the fat from the body.
The diet can be extremely difficult to follow due to the very low carbohydrate levels. Dieters are also encouraged to eat when they are hungry and stop when they are full. If hunger returns before the next meal, eating again is allowed. Dieters should eat a minimum of 6 meals a day in order to keep hunger at bay and the fat burning process moving.
The diet guidelines tell users to take a daily multivitamin but do not suggest the multivitamin be iron free. Low carbohydrate diets are very high in iron and thus iron should not be present in the daily multivitamin as a health precaution for iron overdose.
The lack of fiber in the diet is noted on the diet description. The Doctors Quick Weight Loss will stop the body from eliminating toxics via a bowel movement for a few days. Increasing amounts of Vitamin C or taking Milk of Magnesia is suggested.

The Doctors Quick Weight Loss system is a very strict version of the Atkins Diet. This diet gives the dieter very little room for improvisation in the diet and does not allow the consumption of any carbohydrates. Weight loss programs of this nature are often difficult to follow for long periods of time. The diet is also very low in fiber. This prevents the body from eliminating toxics properly. At this time we cannot support this diet due to the very strict guidelines and low amounts of roughage. A great fat burner could help a dieter lose weight more effectively.
