Durablast Review

What You Should Know

Durablast is a bodybuilding supplement that claims to increase fat loss, energy levels and physical performance before a workout to optimize the effects of exercise, promoting lean muscle tissue and speedy recovery time. Produced by Primaforce, the same company behind the production of popular “thermogenic” products such as Thermal Rage and Scivation Neurostim, it is claimed to be a powerful, stimulant force for any workout, and also suggests using it as part of a supplement regimen for the best results.

Durablast is currently offered on various websites for $34.99 per 120 ct bottle, with additional discounts available on select sites. It is not known if it is available in retail stores, but it does appear the biggest discounts can be obtained online. No testimonials are provided however, but it is debated heavily on bodybuilding forums, which may be the only legitimate source of customers’ experience with the supplement. It does appear customers who have tried Durablast feel it did help improve their workout ability.

Ingredients

Durablast contains Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Propionyl-L-Carnitine, L-Asparagine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Potassium Aspartate, and Caffeine. Propionyl-L-Carnitine is their main ingredient.

Product Features

Durablast contains many ingredients, but the ingredient mainly utilized is Propionyl-L-Carnitine, a type of amino acid. Its use in bodybuilding supplement is quite new, and there are relatively few studies that have even explored the effects of the acid. The studies that do exist have determined that it does increase blood flow in muscle tissue, which may increase physical performance rates, but these are the extent of the benefits discovered through these studies. Still, this is positive news for bodybuilders and dieters, and no known side effects have been reported that correlated with Propinyl-L-Carnitine.

Unfortunately, this does not mean Durablast is completely safe for dieters. Durablast, like many supplements, has included Caffeine, a stimulant that temporary prevents fatigue. Side effects of this ingredient include rapid heart rate, dehydration and dizziness, and therefore may not be safe for those with heart conditions or those sensitive to caffeine. Dehydration may also counteract the effects of other ingredients and may even promote fatigue.

Advantages

  • Propionyl-L-Carnitine is shown to increase blood flow in muscle tissue, which may increase physical performance.
  • Is a relatively cheap bodybuilding supplement.

Disadvantages

  • Appears to be only available online.
  • Caffeine may trigger several side effects, including rapid heart beat and dehydration.
  • Does not contain many ingredients which may promote thermogenic properties.

Conclusion

Durablast is yet another supplement produced by Primaforce that claims to increase physical performance and thermogenic processes, but when it comes to the ingredients, these benefits are hard to locate. The use of caffeine may also promote issues for bodybuilders, and consumers should be careful when using the Durablast supplement.
