Dymetadrine Extreme EF Review
What You Should Know
Dymetadrine Extreme-EF is formulated by AST Sports Science. The “EF” stands for Ephedra-Free, which could mean the company produced a similar supplement with Ephedra before it was banned. As the ingredient list stands, two ingredients are proven to increase weight loss, but none are listed with total amounts. This supplement hides most of the ingredients behind a proprietary blend and that only leaves the dieter guessing.
List of Ingredients
Magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, Green Tea Extract, L-Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, Caffeine, Norsynephrine HCL, Theobromine HCL, and Yohimbine HCL.
The two effective ingredients in Dymetadrine Extreme-EF are green tea extract and caffeine. Clinical trials and studies have proven these ingredients to increase metabolism and fat burn more than once and when supplements use these ingredients we typically support those products. However, when a proprietary blend is used, there is no way of knowing if sufficient amounts of green tea, caffeine, or any other ingredient are included.
The second red flag comes from the ingredient norsynephrine. Norsynephrine is another name for synephrine. Synephrine became a popular Ephedra substitute soon after the FDA ban. Dymetadrine Extreme-EF may have replaced the “E” but replaced it with an “S” that may fall to the same fate as Ephedra. Synephrine users have reported some serious side effects, eerily similar to those causing the ban of Ephedra. FDA officials are watching synephrine (and norsynephrine) closely.
Dymetadrine Extreme-EF sells for less than $30 for 100 capsules. Suggested usage allows up to six capsules taken throughout the day. This could cause stimulant overload and reduces the cost effectiveness of the product. With 100 capsules in each bottle, suggested doses would reduce the bottle life to a little more than two weeks.

Dymetadrine Extreme-EF is not a product we are going to support. Proprietary blends make it hard to judge how effective a supplement will be and with no testimonials, we are left reading only the product label. The company does not offer free trials or a guarantee to dieters who want to try the supplement.
We believe the consumers, and dieter, should have the freedom to research ingredients and know exactly what they are taking before buying a product. Dymetadrine Extreme-EF does not offer that to their customers.
