Product Features

A “hot chick” is a women who is empowered, passionate, and confident. She is not one particular size or shape. The authors focus on telling women which foods made them feel great, and which foods made them feel bad. They share valuable information about the hidden calories in some foods, and show ways to help control your intake when you’re out and about without having to obsessively count calories. The basic idea presented in the book is volumetrics. You essentially focus on eating a lot of food, as long as it is high in fiber and water. Foods high in fiber and water fill you up with fewer calories in them, so you can eat more and lessen hunger pangs. These are foods such as fruits and vegetables. The authors of the book really push spinach and recommend you eat at least a pound of it for lunch or dinner every day. The most important thing to remember is that you do not have to stop eating the foods you love the most. What you do have to do is eat less of the things that are bad for you, and look for ways to make your favorites more healthy. If you want chocolate cake for breakfast, eat it. You will get rid of your sweet tooth while having all day to get rid of the calories.
