What You Should Know
Ephedrasil Hardcore is a second-generation weight loss supplement from the makers of Ephedrasil. Ephedrasil clearly plays off the name Ephedra and has been marked as a supplement company that makes huge claims with no clinical data to back up those claims. Ephedrasil Hardcore is clearly a stimulating supplement with two known stimulants and a mood-altering ingredient.
List of Ingredients
Chromium Polynicotinate, Vitamin B12, Caffeine, Synephrine, Vinpocetine, Chocamine, St. John’s Wort, Rhodiola Rosea, Magnolia Bark, Dandelion Root, Ginger, Green Tea, Glucuronolactone, Phenylalanine, Valerian Root, Passion Flower and Resveratrol.
This herbal supplement packs a punch, but is not far off from the original Ephedrasil. Hardcore packs synephrine, caffeine, valerian and ginger. This is an herbal ECA stack mirroring the now banned Ephedra based stack with caffeine and aspirin. The original Ephedrasil contains white willow bark left out in this version.
There are no ingredient totals for Ephedrasil making it nearly impossible to compare how hardcore one version is alongside the newest Ephedrasil Hardcore. What is evident is the overstimulation a dieter will feel when taking this supplement. With 250 mg of caffeine in every dose, not to mention the 30 mg of synephrine, jitters, nausea and increase blood pressure could be a problem. Taking large doses of caffeine can lead to caffeine overdose. It is suggested that Ephedrasil Hardcore be taken twice a day. That adds up to 500 mg of caffeine from supplementation alone. Caffeine is proven to increase weight loss but that could be too much of a good thing for many dieters.
Green tea is another proven ingredient, but one we cannot support in Ephedrasil Hardcore. The supplement includes green tea as part of the proprietary blend and thus no totals are listed. Green tea is only effective in certain amounts. One bottle of 120 capsules sells for $79 plus shipping and handling.

Ephedrasil Hardcore is a strong stimulant that will increase heart rate and probably increase metabolism simply due to the caffeine totals. We choose not to support Ephedrasil Hardcore because of the strong stimulant quality of the supplement and the lack of clinical support for weight loss claims. If there were testimonials with pictures, links to caffeine and green tea studies, and information about weight loss the product may be more successful. As it stands, the ingredient list is packed with stimulants and no proof it works.
