First of all, I would like to note that normally the reason we write these reviews is to inform the consumer so that they may make their own decision. However, I feel that it is necessary to state that the cons far outweigh the pros in this situation. Second, it is beyond my understanding why anyone would think that 3 pounds of weight loss in 6 months would be considered to be successful when you can lose that in water weight over night. If you wanted to lose 30 pounds by using this product alone, it would take you 5 years to reach your weight loss goal, when healthy weight loss is considered to be losing 2 to 3 pounds per week. At that rate you could reach your 30 pound weight loss goal in less than 4 months, not 5 years. When you are considering a weight los product it may be better to look at one that has been scientifically proven to help you to lose weight and burn fat so that you may receive optimal benefits for your dieting efforts.
