No specific exercise regimen is addressed either, but you are expected to exercise on your diet days.

The founder of this diet plan lost a whopping 65 pounds. Just so you understand, you should not eat massive portions of the foods you like. On your non-diet days, you are expected to eat the foods you enjoy in moderation. Therefore two pieces of pizza, as opposed to five, and only a serving of ice cream or potato chips. This is how you prevent your body from gaining too much weight from fat and calories.
