The F.A.S.T Diet, otherwise known as Families Always Succeed Together Diet, is an eBook written by Tony Dean. This man wanted to build a plan that allowed his entire family to get into shape together, without the struggles and restrictions of many of the diets that set you up for failure before you even begin. This review will take a closer look at the plan Dean created and uses for his family, to show you how you may be able to do the same thing for yourself and yours.

Product Features

The F.A.S.T Diet started because Tony Dean and his family had to lose weight. He started by splitting the family up into two person teams, where each team member held the other accountable for their actions and motivated the other to stay on track. Then, he created a diet and exercise plan for each member in the family to follow, personalized for their specific needs, and met with personal trainers to ensure everyone had equal access to the people whom would them reach the goals. After a year, the entire family had lost 500 pounds, and he realized his plan could work for others, so he put in a book, and published it. It works by tracking the number of calories you eat, the number of carbs, fats, and proteins you eat, and what exercise you are doing. You have to figure out your basal metabolic rate and determine the maximum number of calories you can eat in a day to lose weight. You must also work out anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes per day.

Advantages

  • The F.A.S.T Diet offers accountability.
  • This program makes it easy for the entire family to work together to lose weight.

Disadvantages

  • The F.A.S.T Diet requires you to spend a lot of time counting and tracking everything you eat and all the exercise you do.
  • There could be a lot money invested in personal trainers and exercise.
  • Making meals that comply with everyone’s individual needs could be difficult.

Conclusion

The F.A.S.T Diet is a good approach to help everyone in the family work on losing weight and getting healthy, together. It accounts for support, motivation, and keeps everyone involved accountable for their food and exercise choices. It helps you see what to eat and what kind of exercises to do, so you get the approach from something like Weight Watcher’s without the expense, and with constant support instead of just when you are in meetings. While we do not recommend that children following this plan take weight loss supplements, the adults in the family may want to consider taking a fat burner or an appetite suppressant to help increase overall weight loss.
