The Fatigued to Fantastic is a series of supplements by Enzymatic Therapy. The supplement line contains six supplements, including Energy Revitalization, Adrenal Stress-End, End Pain and Daily Energy B-Complex. Despite the supplements claiming to increase energy, none contain proven stimulants. The ingredients are merely vitamins, minerals and nutrients commonly found in multi-vitamins. Some of the supplements include a series of amino acids, but amino acids are found naturally in proteins. The supplements are relatively inexpensive, but include no proven ingredients to boost weight loss or metabolism. There are more effective and proven supplements available on the market.

List of Ingredients

Energy Revitalization System: Whey Protein, Malic Acid, Betaine, Inositol, Inulin, Taurine, Hesperidin, Glycine, L-Tyrosine, N-Acetylcysteine, L-Serine, Stevia and Boron.

Adrenal Stress End: Adrenal Polypeptide Fractions, Betaine, L-Tyrosine, Licorice and Adrenal Cortex Extract.

Product Features

As you can see from the ingredient lists, there are no stimulants or proven weight loss ingredients in any of the Fatigued to Fantastic formulas. All of the supplements include natural vitamins and herbal ingredients. B vitamins may provide a short burst of energy, but these vitamins are water soluble so they quickly wash out of the b ody during urination. Only a small amount of B vitamins are absorbed in the intestines.

The Energy Revitalization System contains whey protein. Whey protein can reduce hunger between meals by causing a feeling of fullness. In clinical studies, protein-rich meals suppressed the need for snacking between meals. Experts believe this effect is associated with blood glucose. Meals high in lean protein and low in carbohydrates help keep blood glucose stable so the dieter never feels cravings.

Conclusion

When it comes to increased energy, there are a few proven methods of gaining energy naturally. Stimulants like caffeine are the first place people turn when they want fast, dependable energy. Caffeine-sensitive dieters tend to look for alternative supplements without stimulant ingredients. Fatigued to Fantastic contains no stimulants, but it also contains no proven energy boosting ingredients. The whey protein may help suppress appetite a bit, but that is the only benefit the dieter will receive from this supplement line.

Absolutely love the book!! I am almost done w/my 1st jar of the Energy Revitalization System + D-Ribose (Douglas). The 1st 2 weeks felt AMAZING but now I feel almost like my body is trying to come down with a cold/flu? (I rarely get colds & can’t remember the last time I’ve had the fly) I am so tired again & not feeling energized like I initially did. This saddens me. Is this a normal reaction? Am I becoming “immune” to it?
