All a dieter has to do is listen for 10 days and they will suddenly want to exercise more often. Fitheads is a DVD and CD program that mentally prepares the listener to workout. The program gradually introduces exercise over the 10 day period and by the end of those 10 days, working out is something the listener will want to do. The exercise program introduced by Fitheads involves walking. The buyer receives a pedometer to track progress. Walking is considered one of the healthiest, easiest means of working out, but it does not address weight training. Weight training is just as important as cardiovascular exercise.

The official website for Fitheads includes information on the DVD and CD program, direct ordering, pricing information and a community of followers. Testimonials and user stories are published on the website but there are no before and after photos of people following the program. Fitheads does not claim to increase weight loss, just promote better health by encouraging exercise.

List of Ingredients

DVD, CD and pedometer.

Product Features

There are three packages available from Fitheads. The original package includes a hard copy of the DVD and CD. It comes with a pedometer to track steps and miles walked. A downloadable version is available but it does not come with the pedometer. Finally, there is a Master’s Level Program with one-on-one counseling over the phone. All purchases are covered with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you find you do not like the system, it can be returned within 60 days for a refund.

Even though hypnosis is not mentioned on the Fitheads website, the program description reads like a hypnosis program. Followers simply watch the video and listen to the CD. Over the course of 10 days, exercise is slowly introduced. We assume there is a progression that starts with shorter walks and ends with longer, more productive walks. The details on the workout program are vague, but the inclusion of the pedometer leads us to believe the follower is working toward a specific goal.

The original program retails for $89.98. Buyers can choose the download version for $39.98 and the Master’s Level Program sells for $299.98.
