Forza T5 Review
What You Should Know
Forza T5 is a fat burner that contains common ingredients and a long list of stimulants to boost metabolism. Many supplement manufacturers have the idea that more stimulants mean more fat burn, but that is not the case. More stimulants simply increase the risk of negative side effects like jitters, anxiety, nervousness and nausea. Dieters need to be wary when choosing Forza T5 because there are various products available in the fat burner line and some are packaged together increasing the risk of negative side effect exponentially.
List of Ingredients
Activ-Rx HCL, Caffeine, L-Tyrosine, Bitter Orange Peel and Guarana Seed.
Activ-Rx HCL is a proprietary ingredient that is supposed to work with fat burners to increase weight loss. Forza T5 does not reveal what ingredient this is so we have no idea if there are actual proven benefits.
Caffeine is a proven fat burner. Forza T5 includes 180 mg of caffeine. This is a lot of caffeine so dieters sensitive to stimulants should be wary when taking this product. Do not consume other sources of caffeine like coffee and other caffeinated drinks or the risk of negative side effects increases.
Bitter orange peel is a source of synephrine. Synephrine is a known stimulant with side effects such as increased heart rate and increased blood pressure. Many manufacturers claim synephrine is a legal, healthy cousin to Ephedra, but synephrine has no proven weight loss benefits.
Guarana seed is a third stimulant. Again, an increase in heart rate and blood pressure can be expected. Combining three strong stimulants in one supplement is a bit of overkill. Forza T5 can be taken with other Forza fat burning products but the effect could be scary.
L-Tyrosine is included to reduce blood pressure. With three known stimulants, blood pressure is bound to rise. Dieters with high blood pressure should not take stimulants of this strength or L-tyrosine without consulting their physician.
Forza T5 is available for $45. The supplement is sold through a UK company.
- Caffeine is a proven stimulant.
- Three stimulants are too much for most dieters.
- Activ-Rx HCL is an unknown ingredient.
- The product may not be available in the United States.
Forza T5 is a strong stimulant. There is one proven ingredient and one unknown ingredient. The fact that Forza packs three stimulants into the same supplement is a cause for concern. More stimulants do not equate to stronger effect. The 180 mg of caffeine is strong enough to leave most dieters jittery and nervous for most of the day, let alone combining those 180 mg with two additional stimulants. Forza supports stacking T5 with other fat burners, increasing the risk of negative side effects.
