FRS Energy Chews are an energy boost product by FRS. Instead of giving you a short burst of energy followed by a crash later, these chews are supposed to give you a dose of healthy energy to help you make it through your workouts. We will take a closer look at the products to determine if there is any value to dieters or others who are trying to lose weight.

List Of Ingredients

FRS Energy Chews include: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Soy Lecithin, Palm Oil, Quercetin, Carnauba Wax, Ascorbic Acid, Corn Starch, Glycerin, Natural And Artificial Flavors, DL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Citric Acid, Green Tea Extract, Carrageenan, Niacinamide, Mono- And Diglycerides, Caffeine, Sucralose, FD&C Red #40, Vitamin A Palmitate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Thiamin Hydrochloride, Riboflavin, FD&C Blue #2, Cyanocobalamine. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1, Quercetin, Catechins (From Green Tea Leaf Extract).

Product Features

FRS Energy Chews are small fruit flavored gummy type chews, designed to give you a boost of energy through the day when you need it. They are most recommended for athletes to use prior to their workouts. These are designed to give you a healthy kind of energy that will not leave you feeling jittery or “high.” Without the jitters, you won’t crash and feel worse than you did before. The vitamins and nutrients in the formula are all good for you.

  • FRS Energy Chews are available in three different flavors: Pomegranate Blueberry, Orange, and Pineapple Mango.

  • These are nutrient dense for energy, but have nothing in them that will help burn fat or suppress the appetite.
  • These chews can get pricey, at anywhere from $11.99 to $17.99 for 30 chews, which will last anywhere from 5 to 10 days depending on the servings you use per day.
  • These chews have a lot of sugar at 5g per serving.
  • We don’t see evidence of a return policy or money back guarantee.

While it is true these chews have vitamins and nutrients to give you a boost of energy, there is not enough green tea in them to induce fat burning. There is nothing in them to suppress the appetite, and therefore they do not have any practical use for weight loss. Using these may give you the energy you need to workout, though there are other supplements out there better suited for this purpose.
