What You Should Know
FRS Healthy Energy is a drink supplement that supplies stimulant free energy with very few calories. The product was strongly marketed by Lance Armstrong, but his likeness no longer appears on the official website. FRS Healthy Energy ingredients are listed on the official website. Each bottle contains one serving and between 20 and 90 calories. Dieters can add this drink into a reduced calorie diet without fear or drinking calories and gaining weight. There are various flavors including Peach Mango and Wild Berry.
List of Ingredients
Peach Mango: Water, Mango Puree, White Grape Juice Concentrate, Inulin, Natural Flavors, Quercetin, Citric Acid, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Sucralose, Pectin, Xanthan Gum, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2. (20 calories per serving.)
Wild Berry: Water, Organic Sugar, White Grape Juice Concentrate, Inulin, Natural Flavors, Citric Acid, Quercetin, Pectin, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Xanthan Gum, Stevia Leaf Extract, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2. (90 calories per serving.)
The Peach Mango version of FRS Healthy Energy is more appropriate for the average dieter. Each bottle contains only 20 calories and a healthy dose of vitamins. The energy claims come from the punch of B vitamins. Dieters should know that B vitamins last a short time in the body. After a few hours, the body dumps any extra B vitamins out in urine, which often gives urine a bright yellow color.
The Wild Berry flavor contains 90 calories per serving with the majority of those calories coming from sugar. This is not a healthy choice for dieters.
Both FRS Healthy Energy varieties contain inulin, a source of fiber. There are 2 grams of fiber per bottle, much less than required for appetite suppression. If the dieter were to drink a daily supply of fiber from this drink, they would consume more than 15 bottles, but the total caloric intake would be minimal.
Green tea is also a part of the formula, but we have no idea how much. We doubt there is the suggested 350 mg of green tea per serving proven to boost metabolism.
There are no weight loss benefits associated with FRS Healthy Energy. The B vitamins are commonly found in weight loss products, but they have no metabolism boosting effects. If the label addressed how much green tea was included per serving, the product could be more worthwhile for the dieter.

The FRS Healthy Energy drinks may help the dieter gain an energy boost for a short while, but that boost will soon fade. Green tea and inulin are worth the 20 calories, but we suggest dieters stay away from the Wild Berry flavor.
