Full Force Full Burn Review
What You Should Know
Full Force Full Burn is a fat burner from Full Force Nutrition. The fat burner contains some of the same stimulant ingredients in other fat burners, but instead of choosing just one or two- the company chose to add five stimulants. More stimulants are not going to increase the effectiveness of the supplement. On the contrary, more stimulants make it more likely for the dieter to suffer negative side effects. While most of the ingredients in Full Force Full Burn are safe, some are associated with negative side effects.
List of Ingredients
- Garcinia Cambogia
- Green Tea
- Bitter Melon
- Alpha Lipoic Acid
- Taraxacum Officinale
- Cinnamomum Burmanni
- Coenzyme Q10
- Cayenne Pepper
- Chromium Picolinate
Garcinia cambogia is also known as hydroxycitric acid. This ingredient may be associated with liver damage or a negative impact on the liver. Some supplement companies have chosen to replace this ingredient with green coffee bean extract.
Caffeine is proven to boost metabolism, but with 200 mg per serving, there is too much caffeine in this formula for the average dieter. Dieters can expect a sharp increase in energy followed by a crash and extreme fatigue.
Green tea is another proven ingredient. It supplies additional caffeine and EGCG. There is 200 mg per serving, which is enough if Full Force Full Burn is taken more than once per day.
Synephrine is another stimulant commonly used in place of ephedra. Synephrine is associated with increased heart rate and possible hypertension. Dieters should not take products containing synephrine if they have any sort of medical condition.
Taraxacum is dandelion root – a diuretic. Adding a diuretic forces even more water out of the body leading to dehydration and potassium loss. Stimulants also have diuretic qualities.
Chromium is a safe and effective ingredient known to help control blood glucose levels and hunger. This is one of the better ingredients in Full Force Full Burn.
- Ingredients are listed online.
- Several of the ingredients are proven to boost metabolism and fat burn.
- There are multiple stimulants in the formula.
- The dieter should be cautious of taking Full Force Full Burn if they are currently taking prescription medications.
Full Force Full Burn is a strong fat burner, but the strength is not in the clinical support behind the supplements – it is in the sheer bulk of stimulants in the formula. Taking five stimulants in one sitting is simply a bad idea and taking those stimulants more than once per day is unsafe for most dieters. The average bodybuilder may be able to take this supplement without problem, but bodybuilders are not the same as dieters.
