The program lasts 12 weeks and is completely customizable based on your experience level. During week one you will learn about standing poses. During week two you will learn about sun salutations. During week three you will learn about backbends. Week four will teach you about twists. Week five will cover inversions. Week six addresses calming poses. Week seven will teach you about headstands. Weak eight will address balanced sequences. Week nine covers advanced poses. Week 10 teaches you about health sequences. Week 11 covers emotional balance. The final week will address meditation. Some of the workouts call for materials such as a yoga mat, blocks, and blankets, but if you do not have these materials, you can substitute them for similar items you already have on hand. Users are given access to member forums where they can talk with other people in the club, and their own blog where they can record their thoughts, feelings, and progress. There are downloadable audio clips about yoga and meditation and nine 60 minute long instructional videos.
