What You Should Know
GHenerate by LG Sciences will increase mass of muscle and improve libido and erection at the same time. Unfortunately, in the supplement market, natural libido boosters are often misused as testosterone builders. Testosterone is partly responsible for libido, which leads to the theory – increase libido and increase testosterone. The supplement sells for $59.99 packaged with I-GH-1, another LG Sciences supplement.
List of Ingredients
Hydroxy Propyl Beta Cyclodextrin, Puerarin 98%, GHRP – Marus Alba Extract, Citric Acid, Soy Lecithin, Potassium Sorbate Calcium EDTA(freshness), Sodium Benzoate, Sucralose, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Purified Water, Chitosan.
Hydroxy Propyl Beta Cyclodextrin is a ring of sugar molecules. Research notes the sugar ring is actually a form of fiber. Fiber can help to regulate blood sugar levels, slow digestion and improve bowel health. It cannot, however, increase testosterone or block estrogen.
Puerarin is termed the next big thing in bodybuilding. What we found left us a bit short of amazed. Puerarin comes from the Pueraria root which is commonly used to boost libido. The literature on GHenerate claims an increase in growth hormone of more than 400%. There is no known plant or root that will boost growth hormones in the human body by that much. It may also be a phytoestrogen or plant source of estrogen.
Marus Alba Extract comes from the Marus (Morus) Alba fruit and is a strong appetite booster. This extract is supposed to work like GHRP and Ghrelin. Ghrelin is a cell growth factor. We cannot find a reason for this ingredient in the GHenerate supplement, but we did find a use log by one bodybuilder who tried out GHenerate for two months. He reported increased appetite and better sleep, but no real effects on muscle gains or mass. His body fat increased 1% and he gained seven pounds but he attributes that to the increased hunger.
GHenerate claims sleep is the most important part of releasing growth hormone. If this is the focus of the supplement, they may have hit the formula on the head.
- Improved sleep.
- Increased hunger.
- Only sold by LG Sciences with another supplement.
The formula for GHenerate is a bit confusing. Growth hormone cannot be increased with natural supplements, but GHenerate is not claiming the ingredients themselves will boost growth hormone. If improved sleep leads to additional growth hormone, dieters and bodybuilders might as well take Valerian Root and Melatonin for improved sleep.
What we find even more interesting is the fact that I-GH-1 sells for $54.99 by itself. This means the GHenerate supplement is only worth $5. Either LG Sciences is discounting its own supplement or no one is buying into the better sleep for better growth hormone claims.
