Your weight and BMI are tracked (if you use the balance board with the game) along with the total number of calories burned and how long you have played.

Gold’s Gym Dance Workout is a good addition to your library of Wii fitness games, especially if Wii Fit or Wii Fit Plus is getting a little boring. If you do not already have a Wii console with the balance board though, you will be making a hefty investment of at least $250 plus the cost of this game to get started. Remember, exercise is only one half of the weight loss equation, and you must also follow a balanced diet with fewer calories if you want to shed the pounds. For an extra boost to your effort, either add a clinically proven appetite suppressant or a clinically proven fat burner to your daily regimen to lose more weight than you would with diet and exercise alone.
