Goodliness is a slimming pill marketed mailing on the internet. It combines several different herbal and traditional medicinal substances from Asia into a formula that is said to help reduce fat. However, the product does not provide a clear means to suppress the appetite and increase fat burning potential, meaning the product may be relying on diuretics and laxatives to help the user achieve weight loss.

Goodliness seems to contain four main ingredients. They include cassia, ginseng, lotus leaf, and mulberry.

Product Features

Cassia is a type of cinnamon, which has shown some potential to provide benefits to combat diabetes as well as improving conditions for those struggling with high blood pressure. Ginseng has been used for centuries in Asia as a herbal supplement to increase stamina and energy. There are several types of Ginseng that vary in name and origin, and there is little scientific proof verifying its effectiveness in weight loss. It should also be noted that health professionals recommend to those taking Ginseng to do take it for two to three weeks, and then take two weeks off because Ginseng does contain steroids. Lotus is a genus of plants that contains a wide number of species. Some species do appear to function as a diuretic, so Goodliness may be causing superficial weight loss by flushing water content in the body. Mulberries are known for various properties, including being a laxative type remedy. If this is the case, Goodliness may also be promoting artificial weight loss by flushing bodily waste content.

An 80-count supply of Goodliness retails for around $100. One of the few websites that markets the product, contains very little details about the product and there are no user reviews of the product. The seller only provides refunds for unopened items.

While there are a number of helpful, safe, and worthwhile products out on the market for dieters, Goodliness does not appear to be one of them. It does not provide effective ways to suppress the appetite and increase fat burning potential. Goodliness may also be relying on the effects of diuretics and laxatives to produce superficial water and waste weight loss among users.

If you are looking to lose weight and keep it off, finding a supplement that burns fat and suppresses appetite is only half the battle. You also need to be able to have a good discipline in sticking to a healthy diet and exercising regularly. This is what is needed for healthy, long term results.

im on week 2 of taking goodliness tablets. i took one daily last week for my first week, its effective, i didnt crave for food but had to eat to keep up with my work out regimen. i noticed though that i felt weak easily, i wonder if its due to the less food intake or the tablets.this week i reduced my intake to every other day, and on day 3 so far its effect of it lasts til the next day. i was curious though about the safety of the product which led me to this sight. id rate it 3/5. pretty happy with results i have lost 5 lbs in the first week.
