The GramSlam Diet also known as the Original Supermarket Diet, was developed by Janeen St. Claire in 1989 as a diet planning format. The plan has been used for over two decades. The concept of the plan is that by using it correctly there is no need for any other plan because it is easy and uses a no nonsense approach. The plan is safe, effective, and most importantly balanced nutritionally.
