Green and Clears is also known as Destim. The supplement supplies a whopping 200 mg of caffeine and some dextrose. According to the product description, the supplement can be used once every eight hours to increase energy and alertness, but two large coffees contains just as much caffeine and many coffee drinkers take diet pills in addition to drinking coffee and caffeinated soft drinks.

We didn’t find an official website for Green and Clears, but we did find the supplement listed on plenty of third-party websites specializing in stimulants and caffeine supplements. You will pay about $15 for a 100 count bottle of caffeine pills. You can buy the same amount of caffeine for a fraction of the price in your local convenience store.

Product Features

Caffeine is the most used stimulant in the United States. Green and Clears has quite the following with tons of comments and online forum posts about the supplement, but there is nothing special about the caffeine in the supplement.

Green and Clears does supply a time-released form of caffeine, which could be the selling point for the supplement. Time-released caffeine provides prolonged caffeine levels so your body never comes down off the caffeine boost. While this feels good throughout the day, it could impair deep sleep patterns at night. Dieters are warned not to take caffeine after lunch to prevent interference with sleep patterns. If the dieter take Green and Clears after lunch the time-release caffeine could keep you awake well beyond bedtime.

Taking 200 mg of caffeine for extended periods can cause addiction. The body will soon get used to the high dose of caffeine and need more to feel the same energy level. If you stop taking a product like Green and Clears, you could experience withdrawal headaches, jitters, nausea and other withdrawal symptoms.

Green and Clears may provide a good source of caffeine, but so does coffee consumed throughout the day. There is no reason to spend $15 on a caffeine supplement when dieters can take a proven diet supplement multiple times during the day and achieve the same prolonged energy with the addition of an appetite suppressant.
