The Healthy College Cookbook is a cookbook with quick, easy, and most importantly, cheap recipes written by college students, for college students. Between busy class schedules, lack of room in a college dorm, and a severely reduced cash flow, many college students gain weight. Commonly known as the Freshman 15, much of the weight gained in college sticks with people for life, unless they do something about it right away. This cookbook aims to help keep college students from gaining this weight in the first place, with the healthy recipes you can do quickly and on a budget.
