Product Features

The Healthy College Cookbook is a cookbook with a punch. While there are recipes for a variety (more than 100) college student favorites such as pizza and smoothies, there is a portion of it dedicated to teaching the basics of cooking. Many college students are new to cooking and do not know what they are doing, but with the information in this book, they can feel safe making their own food to save money and calories. There is even a section of vegetarian recipes so that college students who do not eat meat can still get the benefit of a quick, easy, and cheap meal. Some of the recipes in this book include: baked ziti, carrot cake, garlic green beans with tofu, tomato basil pasta sauce, mushroom pasta sauce, and banana chocolate chip muffins.
