This plan was developed by self-proclaimed “diet guru” Jamie Kabler, who says that he has used this program to help many celebrities lose weight. However, we were unable to find any celebrity endorsement of the product. The product is marketed through the Hollywood Miracle Diet website and online retailers and pharmacies. There is also a 24-hour option available for those who want an even quicker solution to weight loss.
From what we can tell, the Hollywood Miracle Diet is merely an amped up detox treatment that will cleanse the system with a nutritious juice fast. While there is certainly merit to the health advantages of cleansing the body, we have serious doubts about the benefits of fasting and detoxification in a long term weight loss program. In most cases, these plans will simply help the user lose excess water weight, and the pounds can go right back on when a normal diet is resumed.
