Hydroxycut Fiberfull Review
What You Should Know
Hydroxycut Fiberfull is a weight loss supplement that works to suppress appetite with 48% of the daily requirement for fiber. Adding so much fiber to the diet at one time can cause some serious side effects including bloating, gas and stomach discomfort. Fiber should be added slowly until the body can get used to the effects on the intestinal system. Fiber is also available in healthy food sources, which can be added to a reduced calorie diet plan to lose more weight. We expect there are stimulants in the supplement as well, based upon the other supplements created by Hydroxycut.
Hydroxycut is a company many dieters no longer trust after most products were pulled from the shelves and the official website was taken offline due to complaints of liver problems associated with the supplements. The ingredient in question was Garcinia Cambogia, or Hydroxycitric Acid – which may be where the Hydroxycut company got their name. We anticipate this ingredient will not be used in Hydroxycut Fiberfull.
List of Ingredients
Hydroxyfiber Blend: Inulin, Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Coffee Extract, Psyllium Seed Husk and Oat Bran.
Hydroxycut Fiberfull is a powdered packet that can easily be mixed in a bottle of water and taken twice a day. The ingredients are packed with fiber, but there is also the stimulant we guessed would be included. There are no specific amounts for each ingredient, so clinical studies to backup these ingredients would be ineffective at supporting the claims.
The first ingredient in Hydroxycut Fiberfull is inulin, which is a form of fiber. We expect there is quite a lot of inulin in the product to account for 24% of the daily fiber intake per packet. (Two packets are recommended per day adding up to the 48%.) Psyllium, listed further down on the ingredient list, will also provide a good source of fiber.
Caffeine is the next ingredient. The term anhydrous simply means powdered. Powdered caffeine typically does not taste the best, so we would have liked to see a free trial offered for the supplement. We, again, have no idea how much caffeine is included. For the dieter who shies away from stimulants, this product could cause a sharp increase in heart rate and blood pressure; followed by jitters and an upset stomach. Then, the dieter would be asked to take the product again in a few hours.
- Caffeine is proven to increase weight loss.
- Fiber may help the dieter feel full.
- Too much fiber can cause negative side effects.
We are glad Hydroxycut rebounded with a new line of supplements, but this product may be too strong for most dieters. The fiber amounts in the supplement will likely cause side effects including pain.
