Hygia Fit Slimming Review
What You Should Know
We found some information on the Hygia Fit Slimming pill on a small website selling hundreds of diet supplements. This website clearly did not have any connection with the formulation of the supplement, so we were unable to find a manufacturer or a proven list of ingredients. The product description did list some ingredients found in the formula, but we are not certain this list is complete. What we didn’t find in the ingredient list was a thermogenic or appetite suppressant.
List of Ingredients
- Chinese Rhubarb
- Pate Rose
Chinese rhubarb is a strong laxative, not a slimming ingredient. There is no connection between Chinese rhubarb and weight loss, but the dieter may notice the number on the scale drop due to water and waste loss. Laxatives are not safe for daily use because they force food from the body before vitamins are fully absorbed. They also interfere with the absorption of other vitamins, supplements and prescription medications.
Licorice root is used for a long list of herbal remedies from cancer remedies to weight loss remedies. There are no conclusive human studies on the effects of licorice root on weight loss, but there is a possible interaction with other ingredients in this supplement. Licorice root is contraindicated for use with diuretics and laxatives.
Marshmallow support gastrointestinal health, according to some sources. It is also thought to have a positive impact on high cholesterol.
We could not find an ingredient called pate rose. This could be an extract of rose, which would make sense because real marshmallow root was once combined with rose water made from rose extract. If the traditional marshmallow preparation was being followed, the company would have to include the rose extract.

Hygia Fit Slimming is not a safe alternative to proven fat burners and appetite suppressants. The ingredients in this supplement are not used to increase metabolism or fight hunger. Instead, they are used to loosen the bowels and force waste out of the body. Laxatives are dangerous when used for longer than a few days to fight constipation.
