First people have to remember that you have over 3 pounds of poop in you including what sticks to the walls of your colon. Once your boules are empty you have to remember to not eat the same way, watch the ingredients in food, drink plenty of water and stay away from greasy foods. Before starting the tea I was in good health and good eating with 8 glasses water daily and 2-3 BM’s per day. I drank the tea for 2 weeks and did not lose any weight or notice any side effects other than it made me so constipated I had to stop drinking it. Well I have seen a bit of a change this is my 2nd week using the Tea and I don’t feel unsatisfied at all. I have used the Bathroom more on the regular then normal since I’ve been using the product. One time while at work I had to rush to the bathroom and ended up sh*****g my underwear , it was really bad too. You know the one when you think it’s a fart but it’s really not, yea that happened. But other than that I love the product and will continue to use but always keeping an extra pair of underwear in case of emergency occurs again

I’m on my third week of using Iaso tea. I have not experienced any negative side effects; headaches, cramping, diarrhea, etc. I find that my bm come easier and more frequently. I’m told that I appear to be slimming down, however I haven’t been on a scale to verify that. I do go to the Y at least twice a week, incorporate more fruits & veggies, and have cut down on my carbohydrate intake. I see my PCP next week. I’ll give an update on any results regarding weight loss, if any.

Kathy, I had the same results! It was not as extreme, lasting “only” two days, but it was absolutely terrible. Cramps so bad it hurt just to softly touch my stomach, vomiting, diarrhea, my body was trying to get rid of everything, and even after I was empty I was still heaving and my bowels were still cramping. Couldn’t even sip water. I really feared for my health and safety. I did take it AFTER eating, so not an empty stomach, but not as indicated either. I haven’t touched the other packets.
