The Innocleanse name has become associated with cleansing thanks to the long line of Innovite cleansing products sold under the moniker. Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse is a two formula program. The first formula HerbRx is used in every Innocleanse supplement and contains natural laxatives and diuretics. This is not uncommon as cleansers are supposed to remove toxins and help rid them from the body via urination and bowel movements. What is different about Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse is the ingredients in the second formula. More laxatives and diuretics are included without only one liver cleansing ingredient.

List of Ingredients

HerbRx – Yellow Dock root (Rumex crispus), Barberry Root (Berberis vulgaris), Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomila), Cascara Sagrada Bark (Rhamnus purshiana), Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis), Sarsaparilla Root (Smilax species), Burdock Root 4:1(Artium Lappa).

LivRx – Silymarin (from 80% standardized Milk Thistle), Dandelion Root, Alfalfa, Black Radish, Beet Root.

Product Features

HerbRx is nothing more than a supplement that will increase urination and cause potential diarrhea. This is the base supplement for Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse. The second part of the two-supplement product is the LivRx. LivRx packs in two more diuretics along with Silymarin to cleanse the liver. Silymarin is pulled from milk thistle that has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. In theory, the Silymarin would detox the liver and the multiple diuretics and laxatives would help move toxins out of the body.

What concerns us about the Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse and other Innocleanse products is the use of multiple diuretics and laxatives. The company does not divulge how much of each is included, which could mean a lot or a little. Consumers should not be forced to play Russian Roulette with their bodies in order to improve health. Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse sells for $28.49. Innovite does not sell the product directly so the buyer will have to look elsewhere.

Advantages

  • Ingredients are listed online.

Disadvantages

  • Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse includes only one liver cleansing ingredient.
  • Multiple diuretics are included in the formulas.
  • Multiple laxatives are included.
  • No free trial could be found for any Innocleanse products.

Conclusion

Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse is not the best liver cleanser on the market. There is only one main ingredient that is commonly used to cleanse the liver. The other ingredients are more often used in colon cleansers and natural water pills for their diuretic effects on the body. Cleansing is also not a part of weight loss and even though optimal health is best for weight loss success, the Innocleanse 7-Day Liver Cleanse product will not improve health enough to affect the scale. If the numbers do go down during the liver cleanse, it is due to the diuretics and laxatives and the effect will only be short-term.
