Integrated Supplements Review
What You Should Know
Integrated Supplements offers multiple fitness supplements online. Currently, the list of supplements includes whey protein, fiber and creatine. None of these supplements will work to increase calorie burn or fat loss in the body which is a punch to the company’s dieter support from the beginning.
List of Ingredients
Creatine Monohydrate: Creapure Micronized Creatine Monohydrate.
Whey Protein Isolate: Provon® Whey Protein Isolate produced by patented CFM® Cross Flow Microfiltration method, Non-GMO Lecithin. Various vitamins and minerals are also added.
Fiber Balance: Nutrim® Oat Bran (containing 10% beta glucan soluble fiber), Fibersol2® brand Digestion-Resistant Maltodextrin, Inulin Fiber, Apple Fiber, Oligofructose, Fructose, Cinnamon, Natural Apple Flavor, Vegetable Protein Isolate, Natural Flavors, Lo Han Fruit Extract.
There are only three products in the Integrated Supplements line. These products are formulated for fitness and not for weight loss. Creatine Monohydrate is the only supplement that is calorie free, but creatine is often reserved for people who are working out to build muscle not lose weight.
Whey Protein Isolate by Integrated Supplements packs 120 calories per serving. It is suggested that one scoop be taken up to four times every day which could add up to 480 extra calories to the diet. Each scoop contains 28 grams of protein so over a day’s time the dieter would consume 112 grams of protein which may be too much for many dieters.
Fiber Balance also contains extra calories. While two scoops contain only 50 calories, these are extra calories that could add up over time. All Integrated Health supplements can be mixed with juice which always has high calorie contents.
Integrated Supplements are not sold through the official website, but can be purchased online. Prices range from $17 to $29 which is far lower than competitors with similar products. Dieters would have to check the website from which the Integrated Supplements are purchased for a return policy.

Integrated Supplements creates blends for people who workout often. Fitness supplements like creatine and whey are common, but Integrated Supplements does beat the price of many competitors. However, the products are so concentrated on the fitness niche that consumers who simply want a proven fat burner or metabolism booster will click away far too quickly. Dieters may have better luck with another supplement company.
