Product Features

IntelliDiet is a good way to combine weight loss with technology. It makes it easy for people who use smartphone technology to integrate their weight loss with the rest of their technology. The app allows for you to create a personalized healthy meal plan based on what you like to eat. It also allows you to plan your meals based on what you already have on hand. This also has an exchange feature so you can create a larger variety of meal options, exchanging certain foods for something comparable in nutritional value. It will create your grocery lists for you, as well as send meal reminders to you. You can also post your weight loss progress on your various social network profiles. All you need to do is tell the app some basic information such as your height, weight, sex, and desired weight. You’ll also need to fill in some information about your food preferences, and then you will be ready to go. The app is available for $9.99 at the Apple App store, but at the time of this review was on sale for $3.99.

IntelliDiet may be a good way to help people who are on the go with their food tracking. Food tracking has been shown to help increase chances of weight loss success, but requires you to hold yourself accountable for what you are taking in. In addition to eating a better diet, you must also be willing to workout regularly, if you want to see real weight loss results. For even better results as compared to a reduced calorie diet and exercise alone, you can also use a clinically proven dietary supplement designed for weight loss as directed. Look for a fat burner, appetite suppressant, or something with a combination of the two and use it with your diet and exercise. You will see great results in no time.
