Product Features

Iodine, the ingredient that Iosol is derived from, was discovered in the year 1811 by the French chemist, Barnard Courtois. He discovered this while he was trying to make gun powder and he added too much sulfuric acid which made the compound explode. It then settled on the metal objects in the room creating solid Iodine. Later on, Iosol, the water soluble form of Iodine, was discovered to have an effect on the thyroid gland that are related to Iodine deficiencies. The treatment of Hypothyroidism that is caused by Iodine Deficiency using Iosol was first discovered in the 1940′s. At that time, it was found to have an effect on certain issues concerning the thyroid gland. It seems that a lack of Iosol in the thyroid gland can create a number of problems that includes extreme fatigue, goiter, mental slowing, depression, weight gain, and low body temperatures. Iosol has also been added to salt for quite some time so that it may be easier incorporated into your diet. If you have Hypothyroidism that is caused by an Iodine deficiency, this can be treated by using Iosol. This should induce weight loss in people that have the Iodine Deficiency.

I have been taking Iosol for about 3 months and my grey (more salt than Pepper) hair is turning red, is it because of Iosol. I am taking 10 drops per day.
