The makers of Juggernaut Nutrition say the formula provides the “highest yielding glycerol load to give more muscle pumps, energy, and increased endurance.” It is unknown if this is accurate or not because there are no scientific studies to support these statements. Juggernaut does include a self designed glycerol mixture that they call the Glyco-Core Plasma Expander. This “expander” is supposed to work by preventing dehydration, enhancing endurance and preventing fatigue. These statements have not been verified by third parties either. The Glyco-Core is suppose to supply a high yielding load of glycerol. Juggernaut Nutrition claims their supplements will aid in creating muscle by enhancing strength and endurance. The recommended dosing instructions are different for days that you work out and days that you do not work out. On work out days take 1-2 scoops with 4-8 ounces of cold water about 45 minutes before the workout. On non-workout days take 1 scoop with 4 ounces of cold water on an empty stomach. Do not take Juggernaut within 4 hours of bedtime and do not exceed 1 serving every 3-4 hours with not more than 2 servings in a 24 hour period.

There are no third party scientific studies to back up the claims made by Juggernaut. Some users of the product indicate positive experiences. However, people who have tried Juggernaut have also used the Hypertrophic Myovascular Expansion Complex (also called H.M.E.C) in conjunction so it would be hard to determine which if either supplement was working. People who have other health concerns may choose to seek the advice of a medical professional before using the product. People with cardiovascular problems should not use Juggernaut Nutrition.
