Komal EZ Relief Review
What You Should Know
Komal EZ Relief is packed with herbal laxatives to relieve occasional constipation and difficulty having bowel movements. While many cleansing products and natural laxatives like Komal EZ Relief are marketed to those trying to lose weight, it is not believed to be a healthy choice in weight loss. Increasing the number of bowel movements every day may decrease weight temporarily, but the loss will not last long-term.
List of Ingredients
Senna leaves (Cassia angustfolia), Hirda (Terminalia chebula), Behada (Terminalia belerica), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bishop’s weed, Dry Ginger, Long pepper (Piper longum), Bal Hirda (Terminalia chebula), Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Vidang (Embelia ribes), Nishotar (Ipomoea turpethum) and Rock salt.
Komal EX Relief explains the process of each ingredient in the body very well. The Triphala or combination of three fruits – Behada, Amalaki and Haritaki – is often used to detox the colon and liver. Senna leaves are added to Komal EX Relief to help pass these toxins out of the body and Ginger can aid in digestion and ease stomach discomfort commonly reported while taking Senna. Unfortunately, Haritaki is not listed in the ingredient list though it is a crucial part of the triad of cleansing fruits. There are several alternative names for this ingredient but none matches any of the ingredients listed in Komal EX Relief.
Ingredients listed for Komal EX Relief are also part of a proprietary blend. While the dieter can see how much of the total blend is included in the supplement, none of the individual amounts is listed per ingredient. One can assume Senna is included in the highest amount because it is listed first on the ingredient list, which would mean the product is more of a natural laxative than a detoxifying supplement.
Detoxification and laxative use are not often associated with a healthy weight loss plan. In some cases, use of natural laxatives can decrease the body’s natural ability to eliminate waste, which can cause more trouble than help.
Komal EX Relief is listed for $19.99 per bottle of 60 capsules. Two to four capsules are to be taken at bedtime. At this dosage, one bottle may only last two weeks.
- Komal EX Relief may relieve occasional constipation.
- The product is priced lower than comparable colon cleansers.
- A healthy weight loss plan does not include colon cleansers or natural laxatives.
- Fat burners are not included in the supplement.
- None of the ingredients will increase metabolism or calorie burn.
Weight loss is all about burning more calories than dieters take in. Komal EX Relief will not assist in this end goal. Increasing bowel movements or relieving occasional constipation may help reduce weight briefly, but weight will return with the next digestion.
